Binance predictions come from Coinalyze. Their update time is not a settlement time. Where the interval is missing, the rate stays available for observation and the cost worksheet stays paused.

A payment needs an event, a side and the position value that belongs to it. A margin deposit or a later position size can produce the wrong answer even with the right rate.
Reconcile a funding payment →A green tile is not a trade instruction
The heatmap shows rolling 24-hour spot moves. Its turnover is not open interest, and its colours are not liquidation levels. Keep the price window separate from the funding observation.
