What makes a report reproducible
Include the page URL, asset, platform, UTC time and the field or action that looked wrong. For a calculation, a fictional set of inputs that reproduces the issue is preferable to your actual position details. For a broken control, mention the browser and screen size.
A cropped screenshot of the public page can help. Remove names, balances, account IDs and notifications. Never send passwords, API keys, seed phrases, one-time codes or identity documents. Read Privacy before including personal information, and use Corrections for a factual error.
